Does anyone know the Minimum holiday I should be getting?
I work in London full time but only get 18 days.
I could really do with a link to a site so I know for sure.

You dont have to be given any holiday what so ever except for bank holidays. It all depends on the contract you signed. If you took the job and signed the contract knowing you only had 18 days then there is nothing you can do.
